Underrepresented scholars in STEM often confront limited opportunities, scant support, and resource scarcity, impeding their academic journey. Our transformative strategies like experiential learning and community connections seek to address these challenges.
Lack of representation impacts the financial and professional security of Black and Hispanic people and limits the impact of their experiences on sectors of society that have the power to shape our developing world.
